    I had purchased glass with frame for my daughter from your Lens cart authorized shop at Saguna more (Danapur-Khgaul Road) in Patna Bihar but the frame screw with hinges of one side open out in just months. I have visited to shop on 20.4.25 but neither the staffs have responded properly nor repaired or replaced the frame. Knowing the reputed company ,I had purchased the glass/frame by investing huge amount but such type of defect noticed within just few months, raising a very question mark to your company or product. The surprising thing is that your staffs in the shop is nor responded properly. Please look into the matter and requested to take remedial action.

    My order expected dilivery on 12 oct than it was extended to 15th oct and again it’s extended for 21st oct the order was placed on 7th oct which is almost a month and unacceptable , the attended female person attitude also was very rude , please have a look and resolve the order ASAP.     मी 2 गॉगल घेतले पण ते शॉ साठी ठेवले होते तुमचा sales leaden मला काही माहिती दिली नाही ,त्या नंतर मला असं दिल गॉगल क्रॅश आहेत लगेच मी तुमचा मांजरी bk Branch गेलो की फ्रास गॉगल दिले नाहीत, तुम्ही फ्रेश गॉगल द्या पण त्यांनी नाही बोले आणि बिल सुधा दिलं नाही माझी members नाही त्यामुळे त्यांनी त्याचा members शिपवर google दिले.
    जर माझा प्रॉब्लेम सोल झालं नाही तर तुमचा company sales वर complete करणार , कारण तुमचा शॉप शॉप CC camara ahet.

    Dear Lenskart Team,

    I visited your Panvel Orion Mall store on 10th November for an eye check-up and purchased new spectacles with a higher power prescription.

    However, after using them for nearly 20 days, I am unable to read mobile messages and small text clearly. I have compared this with my previous spectacles, which allow me to read comfortably, and I find the new pair unsuitable for my vision.

    I have already informed the Panvel store about this issue. I kindly request your guidance on the next steps. If possible, I would like to have the spectacles replaced with a pair using my earlier prescription, which was accurate for my vision.
